Cost for Wedding: $1500 (flat rate)

$300 deposit needed up front to hold the reserved date (refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to your event date)

Includes:

* 8 or 6 foot tables

* Folding chairs

* Full use of kitchen

Overnight stays @ $18 per person per night (50 person minimum)

Backdrops, centerpieces, floral and other miscellanies items are also available for an additional cost

NOTE:

Certificate of insurance will be needed for event
- No alcohol allowed on site UNLESS it's covered by the insurance contract.
