RVs, travel trailers, pop ups, and tents welcome!
Full and partial hookups available for RV/travel trailers/pop ups. Plenty of electrical hookups for tents as well. (see the Grounds Map)
This deposit is meant for the following:
Securing your reservation
Coverage for cleanliness issues and/or damages to the property
Provided there are no damages to Wilderness Ranch property, or if there are no cleaning efforts made by our staff of your party's behalf, this deposit will be fully refunded and mailed within 7 days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling 61 days or more before your arrival date: Your deposit and any other fees paid will be fully reimbursed.
Cancelling within 60 days of your arrival date: This will forfeit your deposit, but any additional fees paid in advanced will be reimbursed.
(Please remember that when you reserve a date on our calendar, that spot becomes unavailable for other possible renters. Cancellations made close to the event date make it difficult for us to book a new group.)
Example pricing scenario:
100 people for 3 calendar days equals out to be:
100 x 2 (nights) x $18 = $3600
NOTE: Children 3 years of age and under are free.
This Rental Fee ONLY covers the following:
Full use of Wilderness Ranch grounds, facilities, and sleeping quarters.
(Sleeping quarters offer enough beds for 150 people. You are welcome to bring RVs, trailers, campers, and tents.)
Full use of kitchen
Pots, pans and cookie sheets are available (must be washed by hand)
A commercial dishwasher is available to wash the eating trays if you choose to use them.

Additional Info:
A Certificate of Insurance will be needed for the event and is due at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
No alcohol allowed on site UNLESS it's covered by the insurance contract.
Optional Service Fees:
Ramada Enclosure - $150 (one-time fee for vinyl siding addition and removal)
