The kitchen was sufficient for cooking for our large group. The volleyball pit was in use constantly. Everything was well maintained. The children loved the little train and rode it over and over. The showers were much appreciated as the kids got so dirty everyday. 😄 There were enough indoor and covered areas for us to gather in or under when it rained. There was so much that helped make our stay pleasant -- a nice playground and playhouse, a pretty little garden area with a fountain, the disk golf course, plenty of space to pitch tents or park camper trailers, some nice cabins and bunk houses, an outdoor sink for washing hands at mealtimes, lots of tables and chairs, woody areas for kids to explore, close enough to town to run errands and not be gone too long, the stage, proximity to a lake, and on and on. It was a wonderful reunion!"

I’ve been here once a year sometimes more for a lot of years and encountered elk and deer grazing the open field. In September the field produces this beautiful ocean of yellow poppy flowers it’s quite and amazing sight of you love the outdoors. Disc Golf course is the best. Takes you through the wooded area and campground there some Burma’s and children’s forts around the paths. Also there is plenty of spaces to park an RV or camper or go old school and pitch a tent , there are water and electric outlets spread throughout the ranch. They got a full kitchen and separated men’s and women’s restroom with hot water and showers. Awesome western feel to it and it’s like right in between Show Low and Pinetop/Lakeside. So many memories can be made here. It’s a very special place!"
